Allegra Network, LLC
Franchise Category: Business to Business
Why start a business from scratch? Give yourself a head start! Let Allegra Network help you purchase and then convert an existing independent printing business, with a defined market share and customer base, into our proven Allegra Print & Imaging Franchise System.
Our Conversion Print Center (CPC) is a business-to-business franchise that has a handful of employees to manage, does not require weekend or evening hours, and whose small base of core customers traditionally lead to 80 percent of the center’s sales. This makes the CPC an easy business to manage, improving the way you work and live! Our traditional conversion centers offer full-service printing and graphic communications services, including full-color printing, graphic design, digital color printing, signs, packaging, mailing services and more!
At our home office Allegra Network has more than 40 corporate and 12 regional staff members provide training and ongoing support in all facets of the business. Trained personnel, located regionally throughout North America, function as business consultants to help franchise members increase sales, maintain higher levels of profitability and improve overall operations.
History, Present Growth and Corporate Status
Allegra Network, formerly American Speedy Printing Centers, Inc., was founded in 1976 and began franchising in 1977. As one of the largest printing franchises in the world, Allegra Network links more than 400 locations in the United States, Canada and Japan. January 2004 marked the 20th year that Allegra Network has ranked among Entrepreneur Magazine’s Annual Franchise 500, an honor that only a select group of franchisors have been awarded.
Our success comes as no surprise to others in franchising and starts at the top with a strong management team that reads like a who's who list within the printing industry and franchising world. Carl Gerhardt, our president, is a seasoned veteran and former chairman of Print Image International (PII). Bill McIntyre, our CEO and chairman, has successfully merged over 250 newly acquired franchise units into our Allegra Network system, while Tom Monaghan, founder of Domino's Pizza, is our chief financial investor and is well known throughout franchising for his ability to grow and manage franchise systems.
Executives looking to leave Corporate America, operations managers looking to be their own boss and those with strong customer service skills make ideal candidates for our full-service traditional printing businesses. No printing industry experience required.
Allegra Network offers three unique franchise models to the printing industry.
